Mandala Art Exhibit at Art & Soul of Idaho
Come see a selection of Tammi's Mandalas and other art at Art & Soul of Idaho, located at 496 East Thurman Mill, Garden City Idaho, 83714. Tammi is also available for private counseling, mandala readings, guided meditations and private mandala painting or drawing classes. Art & Soul is also available for other teachers and healers to share their gifts and wisdom with the community. If you would like to host a cooking class, art class, speaking engagment or workshop and need a sacred space please call Tammi at 310-428-5656.
Mandala Painting Class

A two day mandala class offered every third Friday and Saturday of the month. More than simple shape, the circle is the most prevelant pattern in the universe - from the atom to the way galaxies are created. Carl Jung referred to them as "the archetype of wholeness," they are also a doorway to the Divine within. If you are ready to cultivate a more intimate relationship with your soul, join us for our next class!

Art for Healing Class - Paint Your Heart Out

Class Description:
Whether you are an accomplished artist, or cannot draw a straight line, Art for Healing is a simple, comprehensive, non-threatening method that enables participants to express feelings through the process of abstract art and color. No art experience is necessary and no paint brushes are used - only sponges and q-tips. This class utilizes the visual language of color to answer questions, express emotions, and access inner wisdom.

Mandala Drawing Series
A six week Mandala drawing course where students will journey into the mandala under the guidence of Dr. Tammi and Niki Fretwell. Each week a different topic will be addressed, including inner light, forgiveness, gifting, giving and recieving and prosperity. This class supports sudents in knowing themselves more deeply as spiritual beings having a human experience. It also assists them in healing mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Join us and tap into inspired states of creativity, experience deep wisdom, attract prosperity and much more!

Mandala Drawing Class
Offered by Boise School District Community Education
The Magical Mandala- Journey to Center 10W-ART-010:
This art class is for anyone, regardless of experience, training or talent. Through basic technique and simple guided meditation, participants will creatie their own personal mandala healing symbol by tapping into inspired states of creativity, intuition and wisdom. The Mandala is a kaleidoscope of shapes and colors embedded in a circular design, representing the Universe and symbolizes unity, wholeness and harmoney. NOTE: Material fee covers all supplies: Strathmore paper, matting , Prisma colored pencils, stencils, glue, and embellishments (crystals, rhinestones, glitter, etc.) Ages 12 +

Open Studio Night
Every other Wednesday starting September 22, from 6:00 - 8:30, the studio at Art & Soul will be available for painting and creating. Bring your own supplies and the cost is $15.00, we will supply you with a canvas board, paints and brushes for $25.00. Where two or more are gathered with the intention of inspired creativity, magic and miracles happen!
